Hello this is Sheila, some time ago now I spoke with my colleague Susan about what we describe as the value of the sounds on which the the Energetic Balance and Harmony programs which make up a part of the Sounds from Source website, www.soundsfromsource.com, and its sister site the Sounds from Source Academy, www.soundsfromsourceacademy.com are based. We have both been really excited about how these projects  have turned out. They have been a long time in the making and we have both grown enormously through the whole process.

I would like to tell you how recording these amazing Vibrational  sounds came about.

I had been doing some work with Frank Endries, a dear friend of mine who is a talented musician as well as a great family man, and Frank was working on a recording he was doing for me for a meditation CD which I have had produced called Healing Meditations.

During one of our “interesting” evenings, when Frank and I would put the world to rights, as he worked at taking the “lisp” out of my voice which is much more apparent when it is recorded, I asked Frank whether he could / would record some programs with the Tibetan bells for me. Susan a colleague and friend had been suggesting that the ‘sounds’ I created should be reciorded rather than my just ‘dinging the bells’ for individual clients.

Frank agreed and we arranged for another evening, and I returned to record the first session of the bells. Now because Susan and I had “valued” the protocols of words for the sounds as a percentage over 10 I was curious to see if the recording would make any difference, both to the quality and the vibration of the sounds and more importantly to the frequency of the sounds, which we measured kinesiologically.

I was delighted when Frank had finished the first recordings, with not only their quality but also with the fact that the “value” or frequency of the sounds rose dramatically in being recorded.

Frank continued to work for many months on the two tracks of the Healing Meditations  CD, and having “de – lisped” my voice, he then created every note of the music which accompanies it. This was no small task indeed as  he was also creating the beautiful music for my specialised children’s CD set called  The Children’s Learning Program .

I continued to write the protocols of words for the sounds as they came through, and Frank recorded sounds for me on a number of sessions

Although I have since recorded many many tracks of sounds with three other talented artists as well,in both Melbourne and Sydney, the early days of recording the sounds after enjoying dinner with Frank and his beautiful  family are a favourite in my mind. The hugs and smiles from Finn and Luka, Frank and Judith’s  two small boys, a final “pat” of Schmansky the cat, and then off to record with Frank was often a highlight  of my day.

Although the sounds and I have moved on, and I have moved states not once but a number of times [ its my gypsy ancestry] and I am planning a future  in sunny Queensland, I still retain my close friendship with Frank and his family So when I say to you to keep an ear out for this talented musician, as he has places to go in the future.

I wrote a good deal of this as a post, much earlier in the life of these amazing programs, to say that they have grown and developed since then is just a small part of the story. In many cases I have grown with them, often with the proverbial ‘kicking and screaming’ that accompanies change in our lives.

Those first sounds, so lovingly recorded by Frank Endries now number more than 300 programs, and literally have a life of their own. There are ‘sounds’ which have been written and not recorded yet, sounds for which I have a title and have not sat at a computer to create with my two [yes seriously two /2 fingered typing] and as I am well aware, sounds which are ‘yet to come’.

The vibrational power of the sounds which work to the levels of cellular memory in the body have grown exponentially, and continue to amaze me with their depth of resonance and power.

The information that the sounds contain and with which they work with the levels of cellular memory is equally amazing, and it is with delight that each new sound is recorded, knowing that it will have the resonant ability to assist many.
